It goes without saying, the world has changed.
We too have changed, and have made adjustments in our business to reflect this new normal. Under this new normal it’s paramount that we support our customers by providing and maintaining a safe environment for their customers or family members. We are set-up to support these needs.
We have leveraged our experience in serving some of the most critical and essential business needs during these recent months, for example the Transportation Security Administration, FedEx and local medical facilities. We have re-defined our people, products and process to meet these higher standards. Our three-pronged approach is supported by USGSA and EPA/CDC standards to prepare, clean, disinfect and sanitize commercial and residential property. Our people, our products and our processes reflect this new world we find ourselves in.
KEEPING IT CLEAN
PEOPLE, PRODUCTS and PROCESS
PEOPLE — Our entire team has been trained on new products and processes focused on maintaining safety while performing our services and delivering safe environments for our residential and commercial customers. We record and maintain daily temperature logs for our Field Service crews and have implemented strategies to reduce community transmission. Our crew staffing is now limited to two people and practice distancing on the job site and with customers and property occupants. Our crews use protective equipment to make sure they are safe when they arrive, are safe while in the property and are safe when they leave.
PRODUCTS — Our teams are outfitted with a full-range of cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing products, all of which meet current standards established by the EPA and CDC. These products provide for fast kill times. Our core product suppliers include the following:

PROCESS — Our Field Service teams and services are performed in accordance with USGSA established guidelines and EPA/CDC standards to clean, disinfect and sanitize residential and commercial property. These protocols impact how we enter, work within and exit a property. Actions include a high turnover and usage of disposable or consumable cleaning items (think nitrile gloves, disinfectant wipes, and shoe protection where appropriate). For our non-consumable cleaning tools and equipment (think mop heads, rags, microfiber) all are bagged and secured on-site, cleaned and sanitized after every use.
Our crews are provided check-lists for each job to ensure we are focused on those issues which will result in a safe working environment and a clean and disinfected end-product. This includes an increased focused on all touch-points within a property, increasing air-flow in rooms while cleaning and ensuring disinfectants are applied to ensure sufficient contact or dwell time.
